Brystol at Wylder is a new community in an all new master plan development to include about 3,400 homesites of single family homes and multi-family units. Located west of I-95 just below Fort Pierce and close to the nation’s largest “wave garden” surf park coming in the near future.
Wylder is also conveniently located to the nearby k-8 public school Alapattah Flats and a new St. Lucie county public school that’s in the works.

Currently Lennar Homes and Meritage Homes are the main builders at Brystol.
With several quick move-in and move-in ready homes, both builders are offering incentives when using their preferred lender. Prices range from the $300s-500s with single and two-story homes.
