Port St. Lucie's premier master-planned development, Riverland, has officially announced its next 55+ community: Valencia Vista. For the thousands of buyers who have been watching and waiting, this is the news you've been hoping for.

Valencia Vista will be a separate, manned gated community with its own dedicated clubhouse — adding a new layer of privacy and identity within the broader Riverland family. It will also sit near a future master amenity site that, while not yet fully revealed, has community members buzzing with anticipation.

World-class amenities, shared and celebrated

As a Riverland community, Valencia Vista residents will enjoy full access to some of the most impressive shared amenities in all of South Florida. We're talking about a lifestyle, not just a home.

The Paseo Greenway trail system alone is something you won't find replicated anywhere else — beautifully landscaped pathways winding throughout the community, separated for golf carts and pedestrians, with lush scenery at every turn. The homes: what we know so far

Valencia Vista is expected to include approximately 2,100 homesites, making it a substantial and vibrant community. Here's a snapshot of what's been hinted at so far — and there's plenty to be excited about.

The inclusion of natural stone in the standard elevation alone is a meaningful upgrade — in the current Valencia community, stone on the front of the home is a premium add-on. Vista is clearly setting a higher baseline from the start.

What about the site plan and release process?

The official site plan hasn't been released yet, but we can tell you that the community will feature numerous lakes throughout, giving buyers a variety of waterfront and non-waterfront options depending on your preferences and budget.

When the sales release is announced, expect a certain number of homesites to be released within each home collection. Given the incredible demand for Riverland communities — the villa lots in the Parc are now completely sold out — it's possible that GL Homes will hold an initial lottery for the most desirable homesites. After that, it typically returns to first-come, first-served.

This means timing and preparation are everything. The buyers who are informed, represented, and ready will have the best chance of securing their ideal homesite.

A future amenity center that could change everything

Perhaps one of the most intriguing details of Valencia Vista's announcement is the mention of a planned future master amenity center that has not yet been revealed. GL Homes has a well-earned reputation for listening to resident feedback, and hints suggest the new addition will lean heavily into fitness and wellness to serve the growing community. If the existing amenities are any indication — and they are truly remarkable — what's coming next promises to be extraordinary.
