Valencia Vista at Riverland is the fifth 55+ community by GL Homes in Riverland, offering an elevated lifestyle with world-class amenities and the ultimate resort-style living.

As of July, 2026, HOA fees for Valencia Vista will be $432 per month for single-family homes and $562 per month for villas, covering full lawn maintenance, irrigation, exterior lawn pest control, home security monitoring, amenity usage, manned gated security & common area maintenance. Valencia Vista Villa fees will also include reserves for roof replacement, exterior pressure washing & annual termite renewal treatment.
