Tresello is an all-new, budget-friendly 55+ active adult community coming to the south end of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida — built by Mattamy Homes, the master developer of Tradition and builder behind Telaro, Cadence, Kenley, Manderlie, Emery, and Seville. Tresello will be located off Becker Road, east of Catalina Palms at Sundance and south of Riverland, offering a more affordable entry point into the resort-style 55+ lifestyle that has made Tradition and the surrounding master-planned communities so popular on the Treasure Coast.

Tresello will offer a collection of low-maintenance villas and single-family homes ranging from approximately 1,600 to 3,000 square feet, with pricing starting from the $400s. As with Mattamy's other Tradition communities, buyers can expect a mix of thoughtfully designed floorplans suited to a variety of active adult lifestyles.

HOA fees have not yet been determined. Based on Mattamy's other Tradition communities, HOA dues are expected to include lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, gated security, home security monitoring, cable, and internet.
