Coming in the Fall 2024 is a new development by Mattamy Homes, called Newfield. The innovative new town will be located in Palm City, Florida between the Florida turnpike and I-95 with a 70-acre working Farm, Newfield Farm.

Newfield will have over 4,000 new homes in this traditional neighborhood development with an array of villages comprising homes in various sizes, styles, including affordable to high-end luxury homes.

Newfield’s first community, Rosette Park is set to open by Fall 2024 and will be the home of the Newfield Farm. There will be single family homes with one- and two-story homes as well as townhomes and villas at Rosette Park.
Martin County is ranked the top 10 for best public schools in Florida and also for retirees attracting prime real estate for Newfield.
