Newfield
Coming in the Fall 2024 is a new development by Mattamy Homes, called Newfield. The innovative new town will be located in Palm City, Florida between the Florida turnpike and I-95 with a 70-acre working Farm, Newfield Farm.

Newfield will have over 4,000 new homes in this traditional neighborhood development with an array of villages comprising homes in various sizes, styles, including affordable to high-end luxury homes.

Newfield is set to break ground later this year with a long term vision to built out the community over 22 years.
