GHO Homes has opened a new construction community known as Belterra in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This high end community will be located just west of I-95 off Becker Road, convenient for commuters who work further south in West Palm Beach and Broward areas. Downtown Tradition is less than 10 minutes away with the nearest Publix grocery store and Target. The beaches are within 30 minutes away. The closest airport PBI being 45 minutes away.
Homes in Belterra start in the $600s with the Cambridge Series and from the $700s in the Grove Series. For a limited time, ALL homes come with a FREE POOL and screen enclosure!!

The community will have gated entry, with amenities featuring a clubhouse with fitness center, billiard room, gathering areas, community pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, as well as community lakes and sidewalks.
HOA fees are under development currently but expected to be $275 per month for community association and $195.49 for Tradition Master Association. This will include common area maintenance, individual home lawn care and irrigation, internet and home security monitoring.
There will be two phases in this new construction community, phase 1 and 2 with 150 homesites each.
There are homes currently under construction priced from $696,655.
