Solaeris

Solaeris is a new master-planned community taking shape in western St. Lucie County, Florida. Developed by Kolter Land (Brookfield Kolter Land Partners), the project spans more than 3,300 acres and is approved for as many as 8,600 residential units, along with commercial space, parks, and two K-8 schools. Site work and infrastructure began in 2025, with individual builder communities opening in phases through 2027 and beyond.

Solaeris is located west of Port St. Lucie's current city limits, near the intersection of Range Line Road and Glades Cut-Off Road. Rather than being built by a single builder, the master plan is divided into "pods," each sold to a different national or regional homebuilder — meaning Solaeris will ultimately be home to a wide variety of neighborhoods, home styles, price points, and lifestyles all under one master-planned umbrella.

Builders & Communities Within Solaeris

Several respected builders have secured pods within Solaeris. Confirmed communities include:

• Esplanade at Solaeris (Taylor Morrison) – A gated, resort-lifestyle golf community planned for roughly 1,200 single-family homes, villas, and condos, anchored by an 18-hole championship golf course designed by architect Chris Wilczynski. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, a culinary center, a wellness center, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. It is expected to be the largest neighborhood in Solaeris.
• Azure at Solaeris (Taylor Morrison) – A second Taylor Morrison community planned for approximately 552 single-family homes, featuring an amenity center with a pool, cabana, splash pad, full-size basketball court, and a large dog park.
• Reverie at Solaeris (Dream Finders Homes) – A 55+ active adult community planned for approximately 1,000 homes across three collections ranging from roughly 1,475 to over 3,000 square feet. The community will be anchored by a 16,000-square-foot clubhouse with a resort-style pool and spa, fitness and aerobics space, pickleball, and bocce courts. Grand opening is anticipated in spring 2027.
• Aurora at Solaeris (Kolter Land) – A 292-acre neighborhood approved for 859 homes (628 single-family homes and 231 townhomes).
• Additional builders – K. Hovnanian, Meritage Homes, Ryan Homes, and Perry Homes are also developing pods within Solaeris, offering a wide range of home styles and price points.

Location & Lifestyle

Solaeris sits along the Treasure Coast's growth corridor in western St. Lucie County, just miles from Taylor Morrison's established Esplanade at Tradition community. Future residents will have convenient access to Port St. Lucie's shopping, dining, healthcare, and entertainment, plus the golf courses, parks, and beaches the Treasure Coast is known for. More than half of some sections of the master plan are dedicated to preserves, lakes, and open green space.
